On Line PaymentsHomeowners can now make payments on line by going to our website at www.principal-mgmt.com.
1) They will need to click homeowners on the top left side of the screen,
2) Click pay on line
3) Click pay My Account and it will take them into the FAB website.
4) Choose Principal Management Group-North Texas and
5) Click the box Pay Assessments on Line to make their payment.
Visa, Master Card and Discover is accepted. The electronic check payment fee is $2.00 and the credit card fee will vary from association to association.
